"If you’ve never experienced the joy of accomplishing more than you can imagine, plant a garden." ~Robert Brault

The French Broad River Garden Club Foundation would like to thank EVERYONE who helped make our Spring Plant Sale a great success! Proceeds from this wonderful event directly support environmental and horticultural scholarships for LOCAL students in Western North Carolina. We are thrilled the community joined us to celebrate pollinators on Earth Day 2023!

RAIN OR SHINE -- The French Broad River Garden Club Foundation is pleased to announce its 71st Annual Plant Sale on April 22, 2022 from 9:00AM - 3:00PM.  This event is open to the public -- everyone who is passionate about plants or simply wants to learn more is encouraged to attend!

This year, we are proud to feature 20 local vendors, in addition to the French Broad's Members Gardens and Greenhouse. Browse the amazing selection of natives, unique pollinators, specialty plants, trees, shrubs, vegetable seedlings, herbs, ground covers, organic fertilizer, functional garden art, botanical gifts, planters, and 'previously loved' garden decor. These local growers and artisans are experts in their respective fields and we encourage you to ask questions and learn.

The Asheville Ukulele Society (AUS)* will be preforming from 11:00AM - 2:00PM. AUS is proud to support the French Broad River Garden Club's charitable efforts toward college scholarships and will donate all tips to this important cause. Please enjoy the wonderful contribution of these talented musicians!
