The Reuter Center at UNC Asheville has cancelled all events as of today and we are included on the list of organizations that are affected. Please advise your friends and anyone you may have invited that tomorrow’s meeting is cancelled. 

Please join the French Broad River Garden Club on March 13th, 2020 10:00am at the Manheimer Auditorium in the Reuters Center at UNCA.  Dr. Tom Ranney, a JC Raulston Distinguished Professor with NC State University will be the guest lecturer. His topic is the transformation of his own residential landscape. More information is available on the attached flyer. Please share via email or community bulletin board posting. 

Dr. Ranney is the 2019 recipient of the Scott Medal, given annually to an individual, organization or corporate body who has made an outstanding national contribution to the science and the art of gardening. He is an American Society for Horticultural Science Fellow with multiple awards. He is also the recipient of the Porter Henegar Memorial Award for Research from the Southern Nursery Association, and the H. Marc Cathey Award for outstanding scientific research from the American Horticultural Society.
