THE FRENCH BROAD RIVER GARDEN CLUB FOUNDATION, INC. statement of purpose:

To encourage enjoyment of gardening, support environmental and horticultural education and practices, and promote conservation and sustainable use of natural resources.

In the spirit of this statement of purpose, colleges and universities in Asheville and surrounding communities are invited to submit the following scholarship application for students majoring in environmental sciences.

• Applications are due annually on or before May 1st.
